ReplyDeleteI am sure even God is amazed at how many battles He has sent and is still sending in order to get me in line. I can say that in one area I have gotten much closer to understanding and that is Surrendering my will. Of course like you say I have a long way to go but I sure am much closer than I was, praise the Lord. I came across this saying and it really hit the spot.
"You know you're surrendered to God when you rely on God to work things out instead of trying to manipulate others, force your agend, and control the situation".
I finally had to admit that His ways were not my ways and His thoughts were not my thoughts. I know for sure His way is always the BEST.
